Collection of Citizenship Certificate

With effect from 25 October 2018, parents with Singapore Citizenship (SC) may submit the SC application for their children (including overseas-born minors) online via the e-Services with their Singpass.

Application for Singapore Citizenship

Applications for Singapore Citizenship have to be submitted online. The Singapore Citizen parent is required to log in via Singpass on ICA's website to submit citizenship applications for their child(ren), including those born overseas. For details on the application for Singapore citizenship, such as eligibility criteria, documents required, payment-related matters and processing time, please visit ICA's website https://www.ica.gov.sg/reside/citizenship/apply.  

Collection of Citizenship Certificate

The Consulate-General will inform you when the citizenship certificate is ready for collection at our office. The applicant must attend at the office personally with the child to collect the citizenship certificate.
