About the Consulate-General

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Chengdu, whose consular jurisdiction/coverage includes Sichuan, Shaanxi and Chongqing Municipality, was formally established on 28 February 2011. It was upgraded from a Consulate which was set up in Chengdu on 13 April 2006. The mission of the Singapore Consulate-General in Chengdu is to safeguard the legitimate interests and rights of Singaporeans in these provinces as well as to promote, forge and develop all-round bilateral links and cooperation.
